This month the "Photo of the Month" takes us to the Netherlands, more precisely to the province of Zeeland. Zeeland is known for its endless sandy beaches and is particularly popular with German tourists from the Rhineland. For many people this is the shortest way to the sea. Every now and then we spend a few days in Holland by the sea. Photography is never at the top of the agenda on our trips to Zeeland. Do a lot of nothing! That is usually the motto.
It was the same on this visit. However, in the last 2 days we still took the chance to take a few pictures at sunrise and sunset.
The picture shown here was taken at sunrise. The clouds in the sky shone in different shades of red, orange and pink. Unfortunately, the play of colors in the clouds was mainly seen in the opposite direction. However, some clouds in the picture also give an idea of the play of colors. In order to achieve the optimal result for the water in my eyes, I had to take a lot of pictures. In this one, I liked the shape or structure of the receding water best.
